I am an attorney registered with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB/RS No. 111.490), practicing in Migration Law, Civil Law, and consultative legal services for foreigners with interests in Brazil and Brazilians living abroad.
I have lived in the United States since 2019, an experience that deepened my understanding of the challenges faced by those who live, invest, or maintain ties between countries. This international experience allows me to understand my clients’ needs more closely and offer legal solutions that are strategic, secure, and tailored to the particularities of each case.
Throughout my career, I completed a specialization in Migration Law and an MBA in Immigration, Migration and International Affairs Law, and I authored the chapter "Entre cidadania e não pertencimento: identidades culturais de filhas de imigrantes nos EUA" ("Between Citizenship and Non-Belonging: Cultural Identities of Immigrant Daughters in the U.S."), published in Temas Contemporâneos em Direito Internacional e Imigratório: Estudos Interdisciplinares sobre Mobilidade Humana, Políticas Migratórias e Proteção (Editora Telha, 2026).
